About our organization: Applied Behavioral Mental Health Counseling, P.C. provides home based ABA therapy to children with Autism.

DESCRIPTION of the position: We are seeking a fully credentialed BCBA to work directly with an ABA therapist in the client's home or via Telehealth, providing ABA therapist supervision and parent training as well as treatment planning. This position is 100% clinical in servicing clients in administering ABA therapy in their homes or via Telehealth; no administrative duties (aside from those associated with each case) are required.

RESPONSIBILITIES of the Job:

• Ongoing supervision and treatment planning
• Supervise a program for 1:1 behavioral intervention programs for children with Autism in their homes or via Telehealth.
• Participate in treatment planning involving discrete trial teaching techniques, management of maladaptive behaviors, child development and data collection techniques applicable to the client population.
• Review data that is recorded by the therapist on child's behaviors through data input into an electronic device and implement interventions as necessary
• Communicate with case manager as well as therapist regularly

REQUIREMENTS of the job:

• Must hold a valid national certification from BACB
